THE All Saint’s sign-up book is at the back of the church. Please PRINT the names of those you’d like remembered (NOT LATER THAN OCTOBER 25^th). You may email to trinfin128@gmail.com or provide your names directly to the office, please do so by Monday, October 26^th. WE WILL return to the tradition of the congregation reading the list during the All Saints Day service. If you would like to read a portion, please let Deborah know asap. Several persons will be needed for each service.

AS A COST-SAVING measure, we will begin sending financial statements twice annually instead of quarterly. If you need a quarterly statement, please let Deborah know. In addition, Trinity is transitioning to new accounting software which will allow individuals to access their own giving records at any time. While the transition is in progress, it is a good time for updating directory information, including birthdates.

NOW THAT Annie has gone, there are opportunities to take over various Outreach projects, including organizing the monthly trips the parish has made for a number of years to the City Mission, making sure donations brought to the church are distributed to the proper charities around town, and adopting families through Cancer Patient Services at Christmas. Please contact Annie if you are interested in taking over any of these efforts or otherwise helping out with them!

CHILDREN’S CHRISTIAN EDUCATION will meet at 11:30 a.m. upstairs (in the addition) on October 18^th. All youngsters are invited!

CHOIR has resumed and we welcome everyone who is interested in joining us on Sunday mornings. The choir also prepares an anthem for the Christmas Eve and Easter services with rehearsals on Sunday mornings the month before. We would be happy to have new voices join us then as well. Contact any choir member or Barb Masterson if you have any questions.

COFFEE HOUR hosts are needed! If you will help, please sign up on the bulletin board. Individuals, groups, and/or families are welcome to host! Store-bought treats are great.

DARREL THE BARREL’S wish list for September is instant mashed potatoes, boxed stuffing, gravy mixes, cream of mushroom soup, canned green beans, canned onion rings. We continue our ongoing collection of non-perishable food and taxable toiletries (toilet paper, diapers, sanitary items, cleaning and sanitizing products, shampoo, and soap) for area charities. Baskets are in the parish hall.

PLEASE update your Trinity directory information. With upcoming changes and new accounting software system, it is important to have accurate communication opportunities. There are forms by the front door and in the parish hall and/or I will be glad to send one to you - snail mail or email - if you prefer. If the current information is correct, please write your name and indicate ‘no changes’ so no-one bugs you to return a form. (Remember to check the back for prayer list and Tidings info.) Any questions or comments, please contact the office. The goal is to have a new directory out in the fall. Thank you!

TRINITY FIBER ARTS GROUP. Anyone interested in joining our group to knit, crochet, or sew items (or to learn how!) for the Christmas at Sea program is welcome! We hold meetings in person and also work independently. There are patterns available for all skill levels. Please contact either Peg Dailey, Sarah Leroy, or Bette Snyder for more details.
