“Knitting, like drumming, is a feat of homegrown magic.” –Susan Gordon Lydon

The Trinity Knitting Circle began in 2007 and works to knit prayer shawls, baby booties and caps, and sailor’s hats. Prayer shawls have been given to parishioners, family members, and special friends who were ill, grieving, making life transitions, welcoming a new baby, or experiencing the devastation of a major flood. Before each shawl is presented, this blessing is prayed for the recipient, “Be well, be warm, be loved, be comforted.”

The Knitting Circle meets the second Monday of each month (except December). Contact the church secretary for meeting location and time.
